Donate Historical Items

If you have items of historical value to the Upper Arlington Historical Society (i.e. high school letter sweaters, UA-related publications, images from past UA events, documentation about your home, etc.) that you would like to donate, please contact us as at info@uahistory.org. We are not at our office location on a set schedule, so you need to contact us in order to set up a drop off time.

Donations can be physical items or electronic files / digital scans. We can work with you to scan images so you can retain the original.

Deed of gift form

All donations will require the completion of a Deed of Gift form, giving the Society permission to use the donated items within our collection as we see fit. Donors will complete their portion of the form with their submission, and the Society will return a copy of the fully-executed version to the donor.

You can type the information on the form then print (or print first and handwrite), and sign the document. If emailing to us, please scan as a pdf file to return. Forms can also be completed when dropping an item off.
